Audit and assurance services are delivered in conjunction with our associate registered audit firm. The two firms work as a coordinated team on the client engagement; contracting and the audit opinion sit with the registered audit firm.

Brendan Le Roux
Brendan is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and Registered Auditor. He brings deep multi-entity group finance leadership across food, retail, banking, asset management, and property operations in South Africa and broader Africa, with particular focus on finance automation, ERP optimisation, and IT audit. At LI, he leads audit and assurance, systems and automation, and cybersecurity engagements.
